Integra MLTC has made a commitment to ethical business conduct and practices. In furtherance of its commitment, Integra has implemented a comprehensive multi-objective Compliance Program to ensure that both its staff, and the third parties it does business with, adhere to all state and federal regulations and NYS DOH program directives. Everyone inside and outside Integra plays a vital role in compliance and in preventing fraud, waste and abuse.

Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct provides Integra an opportunity to communicate the values and ethical principles that guide operations and have contributed to its overall success. Integra expects and requires that all members of our community abide by the highest standards of integrity; this includes our delegated entities, providers, vendors and members.
